Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy
Introduction
Sekusile Technical Services is committed to maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct in all of its business activities. This Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the principles and guidelines that all employees are expected to follow in conducting their work and representing the Company.
Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to:
- Promote a culture of integrity, honesty, and ethical behaviour within Sekusile Technical Services
- Protect the reputation of Sekusile Technical Services and its stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide a framework for employees to make sound ethical decisions.
Scope
This Policy applies to all employees of Sekusile Technical Services, including temporary, part-time, and contract employees. It also applies to all individuals who represent Sekusile Technical Services in any capacity, such as board members, consultants, and vendors.
Principles and Guidelines
The following principles and guidelines form the foundation of this Policy:
- Integrity: Employees are expected to act with integrity in all aspects of their work. This includes being honest, truthful, and fair in their dealings with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Honesty: Employees are expected to be honest in all of their communications and actions. This includes avoiding deception, misrepresentation, and any other form of dishonesty.
- Confidentiality: Employees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all Company information, including trade secrets, customer lists, and financial data.
- Compliance: Employees are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as with all Company policies and procedures.
- Fair Competition: Employees are expected to compete fairly and ethically with all competitors. This includes avoiding any form of anti-competitive behaviour, such as price fixing, market allocation, and bid rigging.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Employees are expected to support Sekusile Technical Services’ commitment to corporate social responsibility. This includes acting in a responsible and ethical manner towards the environment, the community, and our stakeholders.
Reporting Concerns
Employees who have concerns about potential violations of this Policy are encouraged to report them to their supervisor, Human Resources, or the Company’s Ethics Hotline. Reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and impartially.
Disciplinary Action
Violations of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The severity of the disciplinary action will be based on the nature of the violation, the employee’s history of misconduct, and other relevant factors.
Training and Education
Sekusile Technical Services is committed to providing ongoing training and education to employees on the importance of ethical behaviour and compliance with this Policy. This training will cover a variety of topics, such as conflict of interest, anti-corruption, and fraud prevention.
